3.1 Deposit Rules

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which also apply.
• A promotion can only be claimed once.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ea555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

ea555's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play.

Cashback is calculated every week and credited to the account automatically. ea555 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Hacking, manipulation, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the Platform.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an advantage in play.

6.2 Account Suspension & Cancellation

All game results are determined by ea555's system. If any game result is called into question due to a technical error, ea555 reserves the right to cancel that specific round and refund the bet. Any winnings claimed during a system outage will not be accepted.

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, ea555's designated market rules apply. If a match is postponed or cancelled, ea555 will settle bets according to its own rules. If a pricing error exists in any betting market, ea555 reserves the right to void all bets in that market.

7.3 Complaints & Disputes

For any complaint or dispute, please contact the ea555 customer support team first. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. ea555's decision shall be considered final.
